My Story

I grew up on a dairy farm just a few miles west of Wetaskiwin, (central Alberta), Canada just 50 miles south of Edmonton, Alberta and where my favorite Oilers Hockey team plays out of the new Rogers Place arena. My favorite football team is the Edmonton Eskimos.

After graduating from high school I worked with my father on the dairy farm and help a local drywall and stucco tradesperson. After 1 year of this work I attended a college in Edmonton, Alberta. During this year, I created many friendships and I many of these friends were planning to attend university or trades school.

Since I graduated with just a diploma, I returned to my former high school and upgraded and received matriculation and attended the University of Alberta. I graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree with a major in Mathematics. During the summer months I worked as a framer building houses to earn money to attend university. After graduating in the spring of 1971, I taught Mathematics, Science and Physical Education in September 1971 at Breton Junior/Senior High School. I also coached the senior men’s basketball team.

Three years later I moved to Stony Plain Junior High teaching Math in grades 7-9 and also coached the junior volleyball team.

My goal was to teach at a Senior High School so I obtained the opportunity to teach at Spruce Grove Composite Senior High School for 22 years which I enjoyed very much. Most often I taught grade 11 and 10 Mathematics, Physics 10, and some introductory computer science. After I retired in June of 2001, I began marketing Texas Instrument graphing calculators because I enjoyed teacher conferences and I wanted to teach and market to Math teachers across western Canada.

So my first marketing began in 2002 where I became a Canadian Western Representative for CCS Educational Inc. out of Toronto, Ontario. Along with marketing graphing calculators. I worked at renovations for 5 years and then in 2008 I built a website for marketing graphing calculators and became very interested about the Internet marketing.

So since 2008 I’ve began reading materials on Internet Online, Network Marketing and Attraction Marketing from Mike Dillard and purchased his book, Magnetic Sponsoring.

My goal is to learn my entrepreneur desire by developing a step-by-step process of building my business where I can coach and assist other entrepreneurs build their business.
